Thank you for shopping with RDB Vintage! We take pride in our carefully curated selection of vintage & second-hand items. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Refunds:
At RDB Vintage, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items purchased. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and images thoroughly before completing your purchase, as vintage items are sold as-is, as well as to contact us with any questions you may have at info@rue-des-boulets.com.
Exceptions for Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your order arrives with visible damage caused during shipping, we will consider an exception to our no-return policy. We will issue a refund only for the below damages: breaking (in case of glass product), unrepairable stains (ink, paint, etc.), visible rips to leather/fabric. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us.
Important Notes:
- Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will not accept claims after this period.
- Please note that normal wear and tear or minor imperfections inherent to vintage items are not considered damage and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
